Very disappointed

I did not have network coverage since from Wednesday 13th September. i called and called nothing was done, yesterday i called again 21-09. they gentleman helped and told me to reboot the router, still nothing and then this morning all of a sudden they debited R 529, our agreement was RAIN will debit on the 26. i did not have coverage the whole two weeks.

Rain will disappoint and humble you
