VERY BAD UNRELIABLE PEOPLE
GOOD DAY
I'M GOING TO BE VERY NICE TO RAIN TODAY. THIS IS NOW THE 3RD MONTH THAT I TRY TO STRUGGLE WITH RAIN AND REQUESTED THAT THEY PUT ME BACK TO LEVEL 1 WHERE I HAVE TO PAY R559.00. THIS IS NOW THE 3RD MONTH THAT RAIN TRYING TO TAKE R859.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT.
THIS IS WHAT I'M GOING TO DO NOW SEE THAT RAIN IS NOT DOING THEIR JOR!!!! I'M GOING TO PUT ALL THE EMAIL RECEIVING FROM RAIN PROMISING THAT THEY WILL DO IT SINCE NOVEMBER 2023 AND THEN I'M GOING TO PUT ALL MY PROOF OF EMAIL THAT I HAVE SEND RAIN TO ASK FOR THIS TO BE DONE.
I'M GOING TO REPORT RAIN FOR UNPROFFESIONALTY AND I'M GOING TO MENTION THE NAMES AT RAIN WHO I'M SPEAKING TO. I'M DONE DONE DONE NOW!!!!!!

I really hope that this will be the last time that I will have problems with rain , please make SURE that my debit order for 1 February 2024 is R559.00 as is should be. If not I will get legal advise, because this is costing me bank fees. Regards Estelle
