Very bad sevice and support

I have been trying for the past 2 days to get hold of Rain support as my 5G is extremely slow. I sat waiting for more than 90 minutes on their live chat on Monday and was not assisted. I sent another mail today and received no reply for assistance. I have now been on their live chat since before 6pm, it is now 7pm and still no assistance.
