Very bad service sold me 5g when there was not 5g in my area

Hi guys I just want to share something wihh you, so I've been with Rain for a pretty long time

I spoke with a consultant and they signed me up with Rain, telling me we have 5g in the area etc, I use to have endless problems and was always on the line with them asking them what can I do(my own airtime) then it got so bad the consultants could not help me, they put me through to technitions

Never the less the technicians could not do anthing saying that the speeds I'm getting does not make sense, then I get a phone call whilst at work from a supervisor or something telling me that they don't know why the agent sold me the R700 package because in the first place there was not 5g in our area, telling me I should cancel the subscription as if it was my fault

I did not hear from them again, in themis year I got an email telling me that there is 5g in the area etc, my problem is I have been paying for 5g when there was no 5g in my area Poor service Poor consultants Very dissapointed
