Very bad service received!

If there was a no-star option that's what I would give because of the service I have received!

My delivery for my 5G arrived on Tuesday. They told me it would be activated the same day. It is still not activated.

I wait 5-10 minutes for someone to answer the phone every time I call. Then I have had consultants speak to me that don't know what they are doing. They say the system is offline when they don't know what to tell me, the reason I know that is because I will put the phone down and call again and another consultant will tell me that my wifi has not been activated by the technicians. They say that the technicians will get back to me and call me, but they never do. They promised me last night that the technicians will call me today between 8am and 9am and no one has contacted me. Horrifying.

I am very disappointed with the services I have received from rain. It has officially been 4 days and my wifi is still not sorted out.
