Very bad service. Paid but account still suspended

I received an SMS link to pay. I payed. My service was suspended for non payment. I called they said I should email the proof of payment. I did. I called again same story they did not receive my payment I said I did send an email with proof of payment. And asked to speak to a manger. I was put in hold. The manager did not even take my call but gave a message I should call back tomorrow. Pathetic service.
