Very Bad service ****mers

Poor internet service i haven't been able to connect from last year, yet I am billed every month, i have spoken to four different people when I call they all tell me they have escalated the matter and that someone will call me back it's been three days I haven't received any call back from their so-called technical department I am very angry at this company especially since I pay and never have network this company are ****mers and will definitely be filing for a case
