Very bad service, if any service at all

Very bad service, if any service at all, I collected a Sim card from Clicks, done the registration online, and paid amount of R479.00 on 3/5/2020, we need to RICA the sim card via online but did not receive a sms or any communication to do so. Now I paid the money, but stil do not have the service I paid for. After enquiry with them, they rep**** via email that we need to activate the sim, but we are unable to do so as we already put in the information of the sim card we originally get from Clicks. ref ***, I rep**** to the email, that we are unable to get to the link to RICA the sim, but did not receive any reply since then. I also send a message on Facebook where they only asked my email adress wich I provided to them, but also still no reply. Please I need this to be sorted as soon as possible.
