Very bad service from rain fast to do the debit order but no customer service

Very bad got the wifi 101 router uncapped got it for nearly 3 weeks its not getting signal had numerous calls and emails with them im paying for something i can't use and im not getting help everytime the reset it etc but it doesn't solve the problem im waiting more than a week now for a technician to come out very bad service
