Very bad Service from Rain

I have app**** for a home wifi connection which i received a rooter and x2 cell phone sin cards on the 3rd of February around 12:30 afternoon .Got home connected the rooter the same day after work then my frustration started because there was no signal at all .Call logged since the same night until wednesday but no one responded for assistance .Thursday morning i then called Rain and spoke to a Gentlemen who then advised me to switch the unit off for 10min then on and also told that my area had no coverage i should be linked to either Nkowakowa or Muhlava which is about 5 kilos away from me and it will be sorted remotely and ill get a call around 7 night to check if all is sorted and that never happened and i still have the same problem ( so frustrated )Regarding the sim cards also both dont work and the gentleman told me both the cards has expired .Very poor service received from rain and i want nothing to do with them ,all i want they must come pick up their stuff and leave me alone .Very much disapointed .Very bad service .......................
