Very bad service from RAIN
Here we are again. Once again Rain has failed us as a customer. I have paid rain faithfully and they also receive my proof of payments via email, yet every month my internet is put off for days at a time - and I still have to pay for that also. This is the worst. The Rain representatives don't understand when I tell them we had paid and we have the proof of payment. they just keep telling us we need to pay again. Should you email a proof of payment, then the emails are not opened.

17 Nov 2023, 10:43Its 24hrs later and no further correspondence from RAIN. Very disappointed in RAIN. We are going to report this business further and start proceedings of ending our relationship with RAIN and moving on to another service provider. I would not recommend (and we have gotten 25 of our friends and family to join with RAIN) this company any further. After 3 years I can say we are done.
