very bad service from Rain

I will not recommend Rain. I have struggled for 3 months with internet connection. I had to phone once a week to get the internet connection restored. The one week they said it might be a faulty router so they will refer me to the main tech and they will get back to me.Until to this day they did not get back to me, so yesterday I have cancelled my package with rain and they phoned me asking for the reason for the cancelling the package. After cancelling the package now they want to help me to replace the router. And the second reason for canceling the package and writing the review is for the false advertising. They have offered Rain101 package to me for a free upgrade at no extra cost, but if I ask about it they said there is extra cost at a lower speed. I know it is a one star review but if I could give a zero star review I would.
