Very bad service from Rain

I have been experiencing very bad service from Rain, I have sent a number of emails with no response. Every month they debut me however I am not getting the service or even solution to my issue. Every month they debit me however I can't even use the intenet. I don't get any refund like last month my internet was down for 2 weeks they told me tower is down than said tower is resolved an they will call me to refund me nothing happened. I have to use money to buy data where as I am paying for monthly service. Their agents they not competent when they call u. I'm very hurt an want this resolved
