Very bad service from and ISP(Rain)

I would really appeal to anyone who is using this ISP to walk away. This is my second review after my first did not bear any fruit. Here I am paying for a service that I don't get at all. And the excuse of lock down with everybody working from home should not be an excuse. On a monthly bases you take my money and I don't get the service that I pay for. Promising 10Mb up and down and I'm sitting with not even a 1Mb download and upload speed. Absolutely digussed with this.
