Very bad service
Good day I put a review for the bad service of rain on Friday I got a response that my problem will be sorted today is Monday o still have not received my new sim card I have already pay them on 29/09 they have my money and I'm still waiting for my sim card. Extremely bad service

12 Oct 2021, 08:24Everytime the same old story the problem is on your side your have my money paid inful u should have done this last week to make sure that I get my sim almost immediately now here I'm still waiting another 3-5 days haven't the service is pathetic
