Very bad service extremely terrible experience

Extremely bad signal i have to pay the full price of R480 but can't watch anything nothing plays properly I was told my address is very far away from the towers? And was told that this would be resolved but it was never resolved and still hasn't been now that I want to cancel my sim it says cancelation will only take effect at the end of April I am paying for a service I cannot make any use of its very unfair and unprofessional I am very disappointed in rain and their service please don't sign up with them, I also received an invoice of R698 because rain allocated a sim to someone without my consent as I didn't sign off on this was during December 2020 they delivered the sim to someone without my permission this is truly disgusting and *********!!
