VERY BAD SERVICE
I've been calling rain for 2 weeks now, I'm paying R699 for 5G that is not even working. They promised to deliver a new router within 3 working days & now its been over 14 working days. Whenever I call they keep on transferring my call to their useless agents.
They don't understand we work from home & need connectivity. R699 is a lot of money to be receiving such services.
