Very bad service
I connected to rain and the network was very poor, so I had to opt to Fibre but Rain keeps on deducting from my Account, today they debited R479 but I sold the router 2 months back, Im not using the Sim card
From day 1 with Rain it was trouble after trouble, and they made sure to deduct my account as a purchase otherwise if it was a debit Order I was going to reverse it, i will never recommend Rain to anybody, if you hate stress stay away from Rain

15 Jul 2021, 11:17I want my money back, in June the router was off, in June I started using Fibre wifi please, are your services prepaid or not because I used to pay first and then you give me internet, now you just deduct even if the simcard is not in use, please refund my account before I take further steps. I won't rest until I get my money back, we are stuck in Covid we don't have enough money to cater for our daily needs.
