Very bad service

We have been experiencing the worst service for the last week, network has been horrible buffering the whole time. we can never watch a program without network buffering. We have called Rain support for couple of times with no help. We don't know what else we must do to be assisted. The list you can do is give us a solution to the problem. This is not fair while paying a full price for not getting serviced. We wouldn't advise anyone to opt for your service.
