Very Bad service

I'm so disappointed in the manner in which rain services their clients. I ordered a sim card for data a month ago and it was never delivered to me. To my surprise i was debited for a sim card and data that i never received or used. How does that happen? Who activated my sim card?

When i enquired and reached out for help, no one bothered to prioritize my issue. I've been calling customer service for the past week but no one is assisting me. Everyone keeps saying they will get back to me but no one does. What a **** service? I regret the day i contacted them for data. All they care about is running to debit my account and get my money. What nonsense is that.

I been sending emails to their billing department without any help. No one bothered to contact me or try to sort out my issue. I don'r even know where the sim card is. Do they even bother to follow up with the courier companies they use to find out if customers received their sim cards or they even bother to contact customers after selling them data?

I will never ever in my life use this service provider. What a waste
