Very bad service

We want to make payment on our Rain WiFi to be reconnected.

We cannit do it via Capitec Bank as it does not accept Capitec Bank.

We made numerous calls to find out how we can make payment but its a lost case.

Service is very poor. If you phone they tell you to phone this one and that one and no obe can help.

All we want is to pay our Rain Account to be reconnected.
