Very bad service and no signal

I am very disappointed. Before i took it out i checked signal and it was good. The procedure to order and deliver went perfect. And the update. Until I received my sim nothing works. I tried making contact which is so frustrating because they reply back days and week later of when enquiry gets made. I am very disappointed. Im paying for a sim that works for a few minutes extremely slow and i cant even get proper assistance. I'm sorry im disgusted in your terrible services..what a waste of money.
