Very Bad Service and NO Communication! - They haven't returned my money!

I am still waiting for Rain to call me back. I want my money back which was paid. The rain website shows that my area is covered but when you insert the sim there is no coverage. I have a sim thats not working and i have paid R479 for nothing. I want my money back and dont even tell me that a consultant will call me back because that is a lie! the only communication i get is from support to tell me how to use the rain network. I don't want to know anything. I just want my money back. I will not leave this until i have been assisted. Next step i am taking this to Devi on ENCR to go under the spotlight for investigative journalism. Too many bad reviews and reports and no one gets assisted. That is thievery!
