Very bad service and connection

Since I got the rain router the internet has been giving me issues. I've only had rain for over a month but never had the connection they're bragging about. All my devices says connected without internet and when it connects, it connects for 5 min or less with a download speed between 0.84 Mb and 5 Mb.

I can't connect more than one device because of the slow speed. it is basically useless.

I contacted support about 6 times and every time they have an excuse. 1. "please reboot your device" I have done that 50 times. 2. "oh sorry sir, we have tower issues and the technicians are working on it" has the tower had issues for over a month?? 3. "we have rebooted the hardware on our side, please give it 24 hours"
