Very bad service

Good day The service of rain is very pathetic im using them for more then 2 years I phoned and want my payment date to be change to the 1st of every month because i dont have money to pay on 25th. the lady that i spoke to told me you first need to pay then you can phone us and we will change the date so i ask why cant you just change the date she said i must just pay there is nothing that she can do and drop the phone in my ear. If you you dont even try and help a client then i simply think i must cancel this rain services Very Very Bad
