Very bad service

Since I got my 5g router till today its not working I've been calling since day 1 I got it and they were telling me to wait for 2 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours and I waited but still there's no progress. I'm so disappointed and now I'm fed up I'm thinking of canceling it because I can't afford to pay for this useless thing that's not even working.
