Very bad service

Very bad expirience,I requested sim from they and it was lost before I used it, they replaced it and I received it, it was never connected working, I've sent several emails asking for support, many calls that take more than 10mins I made and they never answered.Different people tried to help me with failure. On the 19th of Nov decided to write them email canceling couse I never used the simcard at all and they never answered,my surprise today they deducted R191 from my account. The reference numbers for my emails with them 622951,641881,641565 and many more, Sikhakhane once rep**** with unhelpful setting and then ignored every follow up email.....

Hello Peter please help me with this matter, sucking my money without service after I begged them soo much for support in failure
