Very bad service.

My wifi is inactive due to wrong debit order date , After calling in every month for past 6 months nobody can tell me who changed my debit order date . it was for 30th of each month and now is moved to the 25th this is unexpectable please reactivate my wifi as i work from home. and let supervisor call me urgent.

No one has called me back for last 6 months with issue.

Very bad service.
