Very bad service

I complained at the beginning of this month that Rain had requested a payment of 1120 rand which I paid via there link that they sent me within 2 days I was informed that my account was in arrears and that I now needed to pay another 730 rand Rain did come back to me but they wanted me to upload some document to prove that I had paid the 1120 rand after the link that they sent me said payment successful I am still down with my wifi and Rain does not have a clue where my money is that I paid on there link they sent me. Rain is proving to be inefficient and unreliable when it comes to payment my invoice no on there link is PN***A
