Very Bad Service

I paid half of the amount that I was owing into my Rain account end of May 2023. Few days after that I have received a call from Rain, the consultant and I made an arrangement that I will pay all the amount end of June 2023. Now I am receiving non stop calls from Rain telling me that I have canceled my services. Don't you Rain keep records of the calls that you call your customers?
