very bad service!

Rain network provider disconnected and cancelled my sim card , when I call them last year in September to advise them that I've been trying to pay using online services, I was informed that I need to use the outlet to pay for my services.

I could not get a chance to pay at the outlet because of the time ,hence I've always make the payment online. I ported my number with rain last year which number which I've been using for many years and now rain has cancelled number my massages are blocked from that number, when I called to make arrangement the Lady I spoke to on the phone was not friendly she made me speak on the phone alone for about 15 minutes without any response from her. I want rain to connect back my number I need the messages stark on that number... I did send them an email to date there is no response.
