Very bad service

My internet has been down for 16 days. I have logged countless calls and no one seems to care about my problem. My router says no sim detected. All I need is for someone to bring me another router. I had the same problems 3 months whereby I didn’t have connectivity for over a week and was told that my account will be credited. Guess what? It never was. The customer service team are useless.
