Very bad service

I once returned a 5G ROUTER along with the box and accessories and their 5GSIM CARD to rain and cancelled the subscription. I now opted for the 5G router and 4g sim cards again and they only gave me the 4g router and made me pay for 5G router although it was not delivered to me. They said the issue was escalated. It has been 4 months already. Each day when i call i have explain again, they do not add notes on players profile, no one gets back to me. Even now i just called and the agent said it is new there is no escalation on profile. No revelant department calls to or check with the 5g router returned nothing. Worst site ever, they do not update anything on a customers profile when changes are made. it is me ********** who just called and i am annoyed
