very bad service

I am so angry with rain and their consultants this morning i was debited R916.93 instead of R529,00 i called more than 10 times they taking me from pillar to post no one is understanding why i have been billed that much!!!

Can somebody Senior from Rain call me because your consultants are unproffesional and they seem like they dont even know what they talking about.one consultant even told me i can cancell my contract if i wish.im very dissapointed on Rain shame!!!

Awaiting feedback as i have logged a query to cancel it however i really dont want to cancel
but if this not resolved have no choice to cancel and go to another Service provider.
