Very bad service

I am fighting with rain network.its because of last month I did not have money to pay thy left me connected from the 1st till the 17th then thy disconnected me on the 17th April the 1st of may I payed my account then today the disconnected me telling me my account is in arrears what skammers are u guys rain can't even awsner a call neather a mail bt u want pple to join ur network not in hell bad network and mobile provider
