very bad service
My internet connection has been offline since 4pm this afternoon. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps they gave me but nothing. Nobody is assisting me and all they tell me is they will log a fault. I'm busy with a school project and can't afford to be offline. This company is really pathetic, I should probably cancel my sim card

07 May 2021, 20:59The issue has not been resolved by your technician Rahdesh Bhagwanth. He simply told me to get a new router despite the fact that other sim cards work well on my router. What did I do to you guys that you should treat a loyal customer like this?
