Very Bad Service

I called again 2day twice asking Agents why did I have to pay R1200
Because Nov and Dec I was disconnected they said they don't knw can't even provide my invoice
I I'm stil waiting 4Rain to contact me no1 cares
I had 2but 100 air to call them even nw I'm still waitin
I have ref ***2 / ***2
They keep saying billing depa

Nov and Dec I was disconnected
I did month to month connection
Why are u Making me pay for Nov and Dec
And disconnect Me again nw
After paying R1200 last week of which ur Agents say they can c payment they don't knw is for what Plz reconnect Me I paid u in Full

Rain can respond here but they don't call Me or Send me an email
Waited since yesterday

This is Nt good i called again I'm stil Nt reconnected I was was told Jan bill will b removed when I get home again, I had 2get air time and cal rain again Ref***0
I lost a lot of Money making calls holding for 10min
I'm Nt happy at all

can i please get help on my account i called again this Morning and Call Centre Agents couldn't assist
cant even connect Me to Billing department
this is the worst service ever received

I paid for services and I get ignored

Where u are a law abiding citizen in SA this is hw u get treated

21 Jan I paid R1200 as communicated 2Me and I was told next payment is R650 Feb 2026
Nw that they closed my service they Wil charge me extra again end of Feb they will demand R650 by 2

Soon as U pay and they debit your account they ignore U
All people complain are similar to mine
Nothing Gets done.

I'm seeing a lot of people online complaining about the same thing and Rain is ignoring all of Us.
Ater 2 years with Rain this is very disappointing
