Very BAD Service

Rain is totally sh@t service. They quick to over charge and tell you, you missed the special but yet no one could return a phone call or help when you phone them. Then they send you 7 day trial 5G Wifi. And say sim cards will be ported by the time they get to you. Which is not the case. You cancel the 1 5G but yet you get billed for it! So you are being double charged where as you cancelled 1 and only uses the other. You spend how long on call and whatsapp to have your sim cards ported and old account to be cancelled and refunded. With no luck then you have to drive 35km one way to nearest Rain shop only to be told what you had been told on telephone call isnt how shop work. They cant cancel unless unit is returned. Then you have to drive all the way back home to get the unit to go all the way back. Then you are told support dont work on a weekend. You will be e mailed the Tuesday with update on porting the 2 numbers and my refund. Till today a month later my numbers arent ported. My son and i are both stuck with no working phone unless we are on wifi. Im on the road alot and need data and call time for emergency. You can phone and whatsapp and go to the shop they just ignore after just about begging them to port numbers so the sim cards can work. They quick to overcharge and take your money but past slow to assist in service. Its utter bull. You can ask how many times to escalate or have management phone you to resolve your problem. It doesnt happen. You just about beg daily and still nothing. Yet you are told sometimes porting takes up.to 24 hours. Wow how many 24 hours does it take if its not done after weeks of asking. Very bad service if you ask me.
