Very bad service
I have been calling Rain from the 25 Mar since there has not been a connection to date everyday we call and being told that an escalation is done and no technician is sent to check where the issue is and we were told that they need change the tower where it is connected. We are being taken from pillar to post and yet we pay the acc in time. I am so disappointed with their service it's as if they are running a tuck shop. My son is in matric and I have been buying data since for his school work. Below I have added all the references I have logged

03 May 2025, 08:49That was not the agreement considering that rain owes us a 3 weeks service that was paid for but never used due to no internet connection for those weeks. I was promised that we will be given full service and that when the router has been delivered i must contact you via hellopeter so you can assist me with the connection. Now the router is here and has no connection and i haven't been called, honestly what on earth is your problem now, why are going back on your word?

09 May 2025, 11:29It's actually annoying that you waste my time like this. You're really such a bore. I restarted the router and nothing has changed, it still displays 5G instead of 4G, 5G doesn't work in my area and had you checked our history on your records you'd see that we don't have a 5G tower here. The signal strength is grey... NOT RED, NOT YELLOW, NOT BLUE but GREY. So please stop annoying me and fix this mess!!!
