VERY BAD SERVICE

I have been struggling for 6 weeks to get my sims. When they finally arrive it was to late to get it to the client. That means I had to order another sim card. I had to pay for this in advance. This sim never left their warehouse. This is going two weeks now. But we cannot reach them. No they sit with my money and no one even take the phone to contact me. Then the sims that did arrive, was activated. I did not ask them to activate it. When I ask them about it. They finally came back and CANCELED the sims. Now I sit with 4 brand new sims, that cannot be used. If anyone just phoned me.
