Very bad service

I'd prefer to rate them a 0. As we have been getting little to nothing from this service provider. Paying every single month in full as well as a price increase and 3 years later still the same ****ty service. It is pathetic and unfortunately I will be canceling this service and rather opt for FTTH with Telkom. My husband and I have been using our data more than the actual WiFi so what has been the purpose of this???

This problem has been arising ever since and is only getting worse especially after load shedding and when it rains, been restarting and resetting the router countless times but still nothing!!!
