Very bad service

Seriously I don't know what's going on with rain yesterday one of the technicians called me saying he will be here during the day they couldn't give me exact time or when he will arrive I waited the whole day no one came out I've tried call them multiple times today I've not gotten any feedback today or yesterday they send me email saying they couldn't reach me but I have no missed calls at all I have tried even using another cell phone number but no one is calling me back I will be canceling this rain Wi-Fi because this is not worth the time I'm paying for something that I can't even use
