Very bad network

Rain is so bad, the network is almost non existent, they always blame everything on load shedding when you don't have internet connection for 3 days. They say that they will refund you for those days but they don't and always running to your account to collect money. They say that they share towers with Vodacom but their network is so bad and customer care agent don't even care.
