very bad network and very bad service

i am receiving a very bad service from Rain. i bought a sim card from them and internet is not working. i am constantly calling them to get assistance but no luck to this date. worse today i just spoke to a consultant by the name Refiloe Chiloane after i called them and i explained to her that i do not enough airtime can she please call me back but she responded with an attitude that she will not call me and indeed she did not call me back, she only emailed me. i am sick and tired of Rain and their unprofessional consultants. i am wasting airtime and more money and they dont want to refund me my R479 that i bought they 4g sim with data that i never used since there is no coverage in my area. instead of working i am wasting time and money.
