Very bad internet connection

I am sing the 4G 24/7 sim, it only worked the first week prior to the lockdown and it has been a daily nightmare ever since. There is always a connection interruption. The internet signal is very unstable. It has made working from home such a strain because I battle to connect to most of my meetings. My overall experience with their internet and customer service has been bad.
