Very bad indeed... today's consultant unakho was very helpful...reason for my unhappiness is that I'm told I owe rain R1553 because in the two past months I didn't pay for my data. Initially when I joined it was never explained to me that when you don't pay for month data,it accumulates month to month.. It doesn't not make sense to me cause I told them I don't need contract and I pay for what I use (usage) but No,is not like that with rain.If you don't buy Data,you still pay for activation and same amount as Monthly data... Really is a ******* game, I can't pay for activation while I don't have data...this must come to an end, cause more clients are lured into this deal but you don't get to know everything at first.
