Very bad I’m so sick and tired of Rain and its nonsense We made payment yesterday and we got reconnected then today morning they disconnected us the customer line is useless it doesn’t put you through to an agent it just wastes your money

Very bad I’m so sick and tired of Rain and its nonsense We made payment yesterday and we got reconnected then today morning they disconnected us the customer line is useless it doesn’t put you through to an agent it just wastes your money. I’m beyond angry at this point because I feel ****med how can a landline say we in areas and asked us to pay R50 ontop then still no reconnection and it says we should pay again!!! What ******* is this!!!
