Very bad experience, l was enquiring about upgrading my old router to Rain101. She acted like she knew what she was doing, only to realise that she cancelled my plan without asking me😡when I asked for feedback whether l am eligible for an upgrade she told me she cancelled. Day ruined as I had to look for somebody else to assist me get the second router- apparently you can’t have 2 router under 1 person🥹
