Very bad experience

Good day all. I have had the worst experience with Rain. In the beginning of the month on there app i booked a ticket because i have a problem with my router. I have booked multiple tickets. On the 5/5/2022 i gave them a bad review and suddenly they started to contact me. They told me they will get on this problem ASAP!! They asked me what the problem is and i told them that i have a problem with my router. On the 6/5/2022 they contacted me and told me they are going to do a router swap and asked for my details. On the 9/5/2022 they told me i must let them know when thry have came out for the router swap . On the 12/5/2022 i told them that i am still waiting. On the 13/5/2022 they replayed and said they will check what is going on. I told them that i am not going to pay for a nother month if they dont sort this out. On the 15/5/2022 they say that i must advise them when the came out for the router swap. I told them that i am not happy with the way they are sorting out the problem. I also asked them for a refund because i am busy looking for a nother provider that will give me a better service. All of my friend and family is not happy about this and they are also thinking of leaving Rain I will not recommend Rain at all since i am not happy and because of the service that i have received.
