Very Bad

Rain has been nothing but a nightmare to one, I bought the R250 sim and 5G one. My 5G is not active still, when I call to activate it they say the number on system and the number on the SIM card don’t correspond. Why is it my problem? Where did RAM get the package they delivered?

I asked if they can’t merge the sim on the current device they gave me.

I spoke to Gerand and his Team Leader is Antony Vermulen this service is totally unacceptable. I can’t study nor stream for the weekend for the service I paid for.
